Housing Action Plan & Housing Progress Tracker

In 2016 the CBJ Assembly adopted the Housing Action Plan by resolution on December 19, 2016.  (Juneau Housing Action Plan – Final). The Housing Action Plan includes 66 strategies and lists an overall goal of developing 1,980 newly constructed units for all-housing types by the 30-year mark or 66 units annually.

In order to meet the goals of the Housing Action Plan, and with input from the Assembly, staff has assembled a list of strategic actions that the City can take to help facilitate development of new housing in Juneau called the Housing Progress Tracker.

If you have questions about the details of the Housing Action Plan or the Housing Progress Tracker, please contact the CBJ Housing and Land Use Specialist, Joseph Meyers at [email protected] or (907) 586-0753 x4209.
