Free Skate with the Bears | November 16

Skate with the Bears on November 16 from 1-2:30 p.m.! Join the JDHS Crimson Bears hockey team — and their mascot, Mac the Bear — for a free, family-friendly skate sponsored by Jared Lee, DDS. Show your team spirit by wearing your favorite hockey jersey or Bears gear and hit the ice with the hometown team.

Winter Pass On Sale Now!

The much-anticipated Winter Pass is on sale now! Beat the winter blues with unlimited admission to public sessions at the Dimond Park Aquatic Center, Augustus G. Brown Swimming Pool, Treadwell Arena, Dimond Park Field House, Mt. Jumbo Gym, and Floyd Dryden Gym from November 1, 2025 through March 31, 2026. The all-ages Winter Pass costs $200 + tax and is available for purchase online (under the Special Events tab) or at any of the facilities.
Please note: The Winter Pass is issued to individuals and is non-transferable and non-refundable. It is not eligible for refunds or extensions due to facility closures.

Speed Skating Clinics

Treadwell Arena will offer drop-in Speed Skating Clinics on select Sundays throughout the season. The hour-long clinics will take place at 2:45 p.m. and cost $15. Skaters can register online (click on the "Treadwell Arena" tab) in advance or drop in at their convenience. Short track speed skates are provided on a first-come, first-served basis. Skaters must be at least 12 years of age. No speed skating experience is necessary, although participants should have intermediate skating skills, including the ability to skate comfortably and perform a snowplow stop. Helmets are required during the clinic. A limited number are available to borrow, or skaters are welcome to bring their own.

Free Skating for 3rd Graders at Treadwell | 3rd Grade Pass

Got a 3rd grader this year? They can skate FREE all season long at Treadwell Arena with the 3rd Grade Pass! From Open Skate to Family Skate, Stick N’ Puck to Pond Hockey — if it’s a public skate, they’re in. Don’t miss out on a whole season of fun.
