Office/Mail
To make a payment by cash or check come see us at the Cash Office! We are open Monday – Friday from 8 am to 4:30 pm. You can also mail a check, cashier’s check, or money order. Our mailing and physical addresses are the same and listed below (please do not mail cash):

Please note that we cannot accept credit/debit card payments in person at the Cash Office. See one of the online payment options.
Drop Boxes
If you are out running errands, take advantage of any of our three convenient drop-boxes for your cash or check payments.
They are located at:
- Super Bear in the Valley
- Foodland IGA in the Willoughby District
- City Hall – Outside the entrance
Water/Sewer, Property Tax, and General Billing
View and pay your CBJ Utility, Property Tax, and General Bills online now. Many payment options are available, including credit/debit card, eCheck, and scheduled payments.

Please note: InvoiceCloud charges convenience fees most payment methods. There are no additional fees for ACH/eCheck payments. Please review disclosures prior to confirming payment. You will need your customer number to properly apply Utility Bill payments.
