Building Permit Application Request

Please fill out the form below and submit for building, right-of-way or utility permit application. Submission of this form does not guarantee that your application will be accepted.  Staff will attempt to call or email you if there are questions or concerns with your application.

Email accompanying plans to permits@juneau.org. If plans are too large to email, please call our office at 586-0770 to access our drop box.
Fees may be paid by credit card over the phone. Please include a phone number so our staff can reach you.

Online application for: Roof replacement, residential electrical/plumbing, demolition, and similar minor permits.
