Walk In Services
Our Permit Center Hub typically has a Planner-on-call and one Building Inspector available to answer questions about your property or project between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and we would be pleased to assist you! Please note, applications are only accepted through our Civic Access portal.
The walk-in services we provide include:
- Assistance registering for a personal account on our Civic Access portal
- Consultations with a Planner regarding zoning topics
- Consultations with a Building Inspector regarding construction topics
- Updates on status of plan review
- Request to view public records
- Sale of various CBJ publications
- Street and sidewalk vending applications
- Marijuana Business license information
