Our Permit Center typically has a Planner-on-Call and Building and Engineering Inspectors available to answer questions about your property or project between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Thursday.  Due to staff shortages and high volume, Planners will be available Mondays and Tuesdays only, starting June 1st.

Residents seeking information on a specific property are encouraged to submit an online General Inquiry through Civic Access or submit a public records request. Messages left on the Planner on Call line with zoning or other planning questions will continue to be answered in the order received
