Effective January 13, 2021, our offices are open to in-person services, and will operate Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. In accordance with CBJ Emergency Ordinance 2020-61, patrons are asked to wear a mask or face covering when they visit the Permit Center. Those wishing to conduct business from a distance can still utilize services over the telephone or email. More details on our distance operations can be found  here. We are experiencing increased processing times for permit intake and plan review. We apologize for the delays and are committed to issuing permits as quickly as possible, in the order they are received.
