CDD Building Permits, General Engineering Permits and Land Use applications are now submitted online through our Civic Access portal. If you do not have a Civic Access account, you will have to register for one. After you have registered for an account and logged in, you can submit your application by selecting the appropriate Permit or Plan application, complete the online information, attach all required documents (must be in PDF from) and select “submit”.
