The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) created the Juneau Affordable Housing Fund (JAHF) to promote the creation of affordable housing in the Capital City. In 2023, the CBJ Assembly made available $1,100,000 for use by for-profit and non-profit organizations, public and regional housing authorities, and tribal governments interested in the creation of affordable and workforce housing in the City and Borough of Juneau.

The application for the 2023 Round Three of the Juneau Affordable Housing Fund competition is now closed.

  • St Vincent de Paul for Channelview, Teal Street, and Hillview Apartments

  • AWARE for the Cordova Street Project
  • Tlingit Haida Regional Housing Authority (THRHA) for Kowee Subdivision, Phase 1
  • Glacier Heights Juneau, LLC for the Ridgeview Project
