The City and Borough of Juneau developed the Juneau Affordable Housing Fund (JAHF) to promote the creation of affordable and middle-income housing in the Capital City. JAHF funds multiple programs including: the annual JAHF competitive round, the ADU Grant program, and the Manufactured Home Down Payment Assistance program.
For-profit developers, non-profit organizations, public and regional housing authorities, and tribal governments interested in the creation of affordable and workforce housing in the City and Borough of Juneau are eligible to apply. Please see the Program Description and Guidelines document below for more information.
The application for the 2025 Round Five of the Juneau Affordable Housing Fund competition will open in July 2025.
