The City and Borough of Juneau developed the Juneau Affordable Housing Fund (JAHF) to promote the creation of affordable and middle-income housing in the Capital City. JAHF funds multiple programs including: the annual JAHF competitive round, the ADU Grant program, and the Manufactured Home Down Payment Assistance program.
The amount available for award in the 2024 competitive round is $4,000,000. For-profit developers, non-profit organizations, public and regional housing authorities, and tribal governments interested in the creation of affordable and workforce housing in the City and Borough of Juneau are eligible to apply.
