Our Juneau, Our Future is a project to update Juneau’s Comprehensive Plan to reflect the current and future needs of our community. The Comp Plan is CBJ’s big-picture guide for how to grow and develop over the next 20 years, covering issues important to all of us, like housing, transportation, parks, natural resources, hazards, and public services.

Juneau has experienced changes since the last Comp Plan update, including a pandemic, recurring flooding, and fluctuating tourism, that affects our economy, housing, and daily lives. We need to create new approaches and practical solutions. Over the next three years, we’ll work together to create a bold and innovative Comprehensive Plan that captures our community’s vision, sets clear goals, and outlines actions to build a resilient and vibrant future for Juneau.
