The building is 46? x 104?. A three-story wood frame flat roofed structure. It has a concrete partial basement and stuccoed walls. It features classical revival detailing on entry canopy and cornice which include frieze board, bed molding, modillions, fascia and crown molding. Other features include raided sculptural quoins on the corners of the building.
Historical InformationConstructed for Lockie Mackinnon, early Juneau pioneer and businessman, the original structure is the main apartment house. An addition was added to the north end of the building in the 1960s.
