Additional Information
This is a two-story building with a wood piling foundation, a wood frame storefront, a sidewalk canopy and a flat roof. Cornices are obscured by a second story bay window added in the 1960s. At that time the owner installed high plate glass windows and board and batten siding on the first floor and horizontal shiplap siding on the second floor.
Historical InformationFashion Building housed a drug store for many years. In 1914 the Butler-Mauro Drug Co. was located there until it moved across the street to the Guffy Building/Red Dog Saloon.
