This is a irregular-shaped, two-story, wood frame building measuring 80' x 200'. It has a sidewalk canopy, a flat roof and a wood frame storefront. Storefront windows are on the first level. In the 1960s, awning windows replaced the original double-hung windows on the second floor. The second floor is covered with horizontal siding. Significant alteration and partitioning has occurred.
Historical InformationOne of several billiard parlors established during the mining era. This parlor catered to the socially elite. Later the structure was known as Percy's Caf?, owned by businessman, Percy Reynolds. In 1937 Reynold's remodeled and opened Percy's Juneau Ice Cream Parlor, an establishment that included a modern restaurant, lunchroom, soda fountain and banquet room. It continues to serve as a bar and restaurant.
