General Description

This house is a one-story wood frame structure. It has a hip roof and concrete foundation. It is sided with asphalt shingles.

Historical Information

Two houses on Lot 6 were owned by Charles Boyle as early as 1901. From 1915-1936 the houses were listed on the tax rolls as property of Sisters of St. Ann?s and exempt from taxes. They were then acquired by Mrs. Margret Roden, wife of attorney Henry Roden, who owned a number of properties in Juneau.
