This is a three-story wood frame structure with hip roof and widely overhanging eaves. It has a concrete foundation and is sided with wood shingles. It features a gable roofed entry porch and a variety of window types.
Historical InformationWilliam and Johanna Jensen bought the property in 1911 and were owners for many years. William was living in Juneau by 1909. He worked as a tinner for the C.W. Young Company until at least 1924. By 1928 he owned his own plumbing shop. It appears that 305 Sixth Street used as apartments by 1921.
