The Juneau Parks & Recreation Department looks forward to reopening our programs and facilities as soon as it is safe to do so. Because everyone is doing their part to prevent the spread of COVID-19 in our community, Juneau’s parks, playgrounds, trails, beaches, athletic fields, and courts remain open and ready for you to enjoy. We are taking a phased approach to reopen facilities like the Dimond Park Aquatic Center and Zach Gordon Youth Center that is consistent with current Public Health Mandates from the State of Alaska. Please check Parks & Recreation’s website and Zach Gordon Youth Center’s Facebook page for the latest information. For questions or concerns, please call Zach Gordon Youth Center at 586-2635 or email Zach.Staff@juneau.org.
