Note: All land easements follow CBJ Municipal Code under Title 49 and Title 53. Additional regulations and public process may be necessary depending on the easement.

CBJ Code allows the City Manager to covey or lease an easement across City property with Assembly approval. Easements are nonexclusive unless otherwise provided in the easement document.
