Respond to the 2020 Census to ensure that Juneau receives its full share of federal funding for programs and local public services for the next 10 years:

  • Schools and education

  • Healthcare

  • Law enforcement

  • Fire Fighting

  • Housing

  • Non-Profit Organizations

  • Social service agencies

  • Roads and infrastructure

  • Airport maintenance

  • January 21 –  The Census count officially kicks off in Toksook Bay, Alaska

  • March 12 – Take the 2020 Census online at 2020census.gov or by telephone

  • April 1 – National 2020 Census Day

  • May 13 – Non-response follow-up begins for households that did not submit a Census form
