Chair Yoga

Springboard Diving Class

Photo of lower diving board at DPACParticipants must be at least 8 years-old, with no maximum age.  Registration opens Friday, June 21 at noon, and the cost is $80 + tax for 8 lessons.

Introductory Class

This class is designed for individuals with little or no prior diving experience, who would like to learn the fundamentals of springboard diving in a safe environment.  Participants will learn proper diving techniques, including: approach, takeoff, flight, and entry.  The focus of the course will be on building confidence and mastering basic dives.

Class will meet July 9, 2024 through August 1, 2024, from 6:00 p.m. – 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday nights at the Dimond Park Aquatic Center.

Intermediate Class

Take your springboard diving skills to the next level with our advanced class!  Designed for divers who have mastered the basics and are ready to push their abilities further.  Participants will develop their skills to include more advanced dives.

Class will meet July 9, 2024 through August 1, 2024, from 7:00 p.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday nights at the Dimond Park Aquatic Center.
