Facility & Room Rentals
Dimond Park Aquatic Center Event Rooms
Dimond Park Aquatic Center offers three event rooms (A, B, and C), located inside the facility adjacent to our open lobby and pool deck, with moveable dividers allowing for the accommodation of larger parties, meetings, or reunions. Patrons may reserve two adjoining rooms (A and B or B and C) or all three rooms for larger parties.
Each room has a microwave, refrigerator, sink and cabinets for storage. Tables and chairs can be placed in rooms upon request.
***Due to current capacity limits at DPAC, only Event Room C is available for rent at this time.***
Room Details
- Per Room Capacity: 15
- Per Room Dimensions: 15ft x 17ft
- Event Room Rental Rate: $18.00 per half-hour
Reservations must be made at least three (3) days prior to event dependent on rental space availability. Payment must be made at the time of booking reservation. Event room reservations are on a first come first served basis. Set-up and clean-up times are included in reserved rental time.
Cancellation Policy
Credit or refund will be made if notice is received two (2) days before the reservation date. There is no service charge if credit is requested. Credit can be used for any Parks & Recreation program. There will be a $10.00 service charge for refunds.
General Guidelines
- Users must abide by all pool rules and policies. Rules and policies are posted online and at the Dimond Park Aquatic Center.
- Equipment set-up and clean-up is the user’s responsibility and must be included in the rental time.
- Renter will be held responsible for repair or replacement costs for damaging or destroying any furniture, equipment, or City property.
- Persons who appear to be under the influence of alcohol or other substances are not permitted in the facility. In accordance with CBJ ordinance 20.25.080 (d) alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited.
- Misuse of the facility or failure to conform to the rules of this permit will be sufficient reason for denying future facility rentals.
Augustus G. Brown Event Room
Augustus G. Brown Swimming Pool offers a semi-private event room located inside the facility adjacent to our newly renovated lobby. The room is furnished with tables and chairs and has a microwave, refrigerator, and storage space available for use.

- Room Capacity: 12
- Room Dimensions: 18ft x 11ft
- Event Room Rental Rate: $18.00 per half-hour

Dimond Park Aquatic Center Facility Rental
Dimond Park Aquatic Center is currently not accepting private rentals during regular operating hours or after hours.
Dimond Park Aquatic Center Lane Rentals
Dimond Park Aquatic Center takes reservation for individual lane rentals during non-peak times (days/times vary by the season). Inquiries for Lane Rentals should be directed to Dimond Park Facility Supervisor, Seth Cayce at 907-586-2782
Augustus G. Brown Lane Rental
Individual Lane Rental ($26/lane hour) requests for times during our normal operating schedule require Aquatics Management approval and require a minimum 4-week lead time.
