| Full Description | Celebrate First Friday in Person at the City Museum on June 4thEnjoy FREE ADMISSION to the Museum from 4:00pm to 6:30pm Take a FREE Behind the Scene Tour: From 4:30-6:30pm, the City Museum will offer free behind the scenes tours of the museum’s collection preparation and storage area. City Museum Curator of Collections and Exhibits, Niko Sanguinetti, will lead the tours. Each tour will last 30 minutes. The first tour begins at 4:30pm. PREVIEW the City Museum’s Little Free Museum: The City Museum is building a Little Free Museum which will be located outside the City Museum on the Calhoun Ave side of the museum building. The Little Free Museum will operate much like the Little Free Libraries around town. It will be set up like a gallery exhibit and community members can add small art to the exhibit and/or take small art home. From 4:00-6:30pm the City Museum will provide more information about the Little Free Museum and will distribute free canvases to those interested in creating little paintings for the upcoming launch of the Little Free Museum. |
