Join local volunteer guide Mike Blackwell for a historic walking tour of downtown Juneau. This tour is great for locals, tour guides, and visitors to learn about the history and the changing landscape of downtown Juneau, and hear tales of prominent Alaskan figures and Juneau families. The tour includes admission to the City Museum, a 20% discount in the Museum's gift shop, and tea time at Alaska's Capital Inn, the restored gold rush era home of John Olds. The tour will take place rain or shine, and involves moderate activity, including stairs and inclines. Tickets are $25 for adults and $20 for children ages 12 and under and may be purchased at the City Museum or by calling 907-586-3572. Tour begins at the City Museum, on the corner of 4th and Main Streets.
