Stop by the Museum at some point between Thursday April 28 and Saturday April 30 to spend time with the images produced by Joseph Alexander during his 40 year career as a professional photographer in Juneau. In particular, come help us with our on-going project to put a name to all the unidentified faces in the collection. Special events during these three days include:

Thursday, April 28, 12 noon to 1:00 pm - drop in during the lunch hour and get hands-on training to learn how to access the J. Alexander collection on-line, as well as all the Museum's collection.

Saturday, April 30, 10:30 am to 12 noon - Join hosts Sharon Gaiptman and Peter Freer for a \"Mug Up\" event. We will be drinking coffee, sharing stories about having our picture taken and reminiscing about the Alexander photography studio, where most Juneauites of a certain age had their photo taken for one reason or another, in those days long before digital cameras.
