Meeting Rooms
The libraries offer meeting rooms for members of the public to use free of charge at all three locations. Meetings must be:
- non-commercial
- free of charge
- open to all
- non-personal in nature (no receptions, parties, or celebrations)
Please review the Meeting Room Policy prior to booking.
Meeting Rooms can be booked up to 8 weeks in advance for up to 3 hours. You must be 18 or older to reserve a Meeting Room.

Valley Conference Room
- Capacity: 12
- No food, covered drinks only
- 60″ wall video monitor and whiteboard
