Meeting Rooms

The libraries offer meeting rooms for members of the public to use free of charge at all three locations. Meetings must be:

  • non-commercial
  • free of charge
  • open to all
  • non-personal in nature (no receptions, parties, or celebrations)

Please review the Meeting Room Policy prior to booking.

Meeting Rooms can be booked up to 8 weeks in advance for up to 3 hours. You must be 18 or older to reserve a Meeting Room.

  1. Check the Library Calendar for availability.
  2. Review the Meeting Room Policy.
  3. Book in person, or call to schedule a room:
    • Juneau Public Library (Downtown): 907-586-5249
    • Mendenhall Valley Public Library: 907-789-0125
    • Douglas Public Library: 907-364-2378
  4. For same-day bookings, please contact the library where the meeting will be held.

  • Capacity: 30
  • Food and drinks allowed
  • 60″ wall video monitor

Downtown Conference Room

  • Capacity: 8
  • No food, covered drinks only
  • Whiteboard

Douglas Meeting Room

  • Capacity: 42
  • Food and drinks allowed
  • 60″ wall video monitor

Valley Large Meeting Room

  • Capacity: 60
  • Food and drinks allowed
  • 60″ wall video monitor

Valley Conference Room

  • Capacity: 12
  • No food, covered drinks only
  • 60″ wall video monitor and whiteboard
