Open Turf
Open Turf is a weekly drop-in program where residents of all ages can share access to the turf, similar to open swim or open skate. Stop by the Field House to play catch, scrimmage, or just stretch your legs in a warm and dry space!
Please be aware that children and youth must be supervised by an adult. Open Turf hours are:
2 – 4 p.m.
Mondays & Wednesdays
Closed on holidays

Frequently Asked Questions
Single-visit admission costs $5 for an adult, $3 for seniors, youth, and children. Non-mobile infants may accompany paying adults at no charge.
Multi-use, monthly and annual passes are available. A complete list of current rates can be found here.
A variety of balls will be available for check out at the front office on a first-come, first-served basis: soccer balls, footballs, kick balls, etc. Toddler toys will not be out or available during Open Turf. To enjoy our toddler toys please join us for Turf for Tots.
Participants are welcome to bring their own equipment. Please keep in mind Open Turf is a time for the public to share access to the turf; equipment will need to function in a controlled amount of shared space. Please contact the Field House for specific equipment inquires.
Open Turf is open to all ages.
If you are on the sidelines supervising children, you do not need to pay. However, if you participate and play on the turf payment is required.
Open Turf is not a drop off program and youth must be supervised by an adult.
The Field House is closed on all CBJ holidays throughout the year. Check the calendar for exact dates.
