| Full Description | Frances Davis: Landscapes & Portraits Opening Reception: Friday, March 7, 2025 | 4:00—7 pm March is Women’s History Month, and we are celebrating with an exhibition of paintings by Frances Davis. Frances lived in Juneau from 1891 up until she died in 1932. She was buried at Evergreen Cemetery. Francis was a prolific painter of Southeast Alaska landscapes and portraits of family members. Several of her oil paintings, and information about about her life, will be on display in our media room gallery. |
