Alternative Development Overlay District permit to reduce the front yard setback to zero feet for an enclosed entry (ADP2020 0002)

Applicant requests an Alternative Development Overlay District permit to reduce the front yard setback from five feet to zero feet in order to enclose an existing non-conforming porch to create an arctic entry. This project would eliminate existing eave encroachments into the Irwin Street right-of-way.

Economic Stabilization Task Force Meeting Canceled

The Economic Stabilization Task Force meeting scheduled for Thursday, September 3 at 3 pm is canceled. Task Force meetings will resume on Thursday, September 10 at 3 pm. The purpose of the Task Force is to review the economic landscape and make recommendations to the Assembly.
