Planning Commission meets September 8. Here’s how to weigh in.

The Planning Commission Meeting will occur on Tuesday, September 8 at 7 p.m. This meeting will be virtual and telephonic only, and will be to review an application for a modification of a conditional use permit to include on-site consumption of edible marijuana products. This item is up for public hearing.

Modification of a Conditional Use Permit to include on-site consumption of edible marijuana products (USE2020 0016) – Continued from August 11, 2020

Applicant requests modification of a Special Use Permit (USE2016 0006) to include on-site consumption of edible marijuana products. No on-site smoking of marijuana is proposed, nor are changes to the footprint of the building. This permit does not modify conditions of the original permit, nor does it void or restart the five-year review requirement.
