Registration for Fall Swim Lessons and New Program Opens August 17

Juneau Pools fall swim lessons begin with Session 1 for tots, preschoolers, youth, and adults at Dimond Park Aquatic Center (DPAC) and Augustus G. Brown Swimming Pool (AGB). This session will include a new Safe Starts program for both Preschool and Youth. Registration opens on Monday, August 17, at noon, and classes begin in early September. Register online under the “Juneau Pools” tab. Early Bird Registration for Youth Indoor Soccer Opens August 10

Early bird registration for Parks & Recreation’s youth indoor soccer (ages 5 to 14) will be open from Monday, August 10, through Sunday, August 23 and costs $65 plus tax. Augustus G. Brown Swimming Pool will be closed from Monday, August 10, through Sunday, August 16, for its annual maintenance. Recycling Center Closed July 28 for Scheduled Maintenance

The City and Borough of Juneau Recycling Center will be closed on Tuesday, July 28 for scheduled maintenance of the baler.
