Regulations

Regulations are prepared and published by City & Borough of Juneau staff after public comment and Assembly oversight, but without many of the formalities required for an ordinance. The process is described in a flow chart.

Proposed Regulations

To comment by email on proposed regulations, identify the regulation in the subject line of your message and email the address listed in the Notice of Proposed Changes.
