Description:

The WORK covered in the Contract Documents generally includes reconstruction of Teal Street from Jordan Avenue to Crest Street. WORK will include replacement of the water main and services, replacement of 18-inch AC sanitary sewer main and services, and installation of a new storm drain system. WORK will also include replacement of the roadway subbase to a depth of 24 inches, resurfacing with asphalt cement pavement, and the addition of curb and gutter with sidewalk along both sides of the roadway, and street lights along one side.
