Description:

This Project consists of renovation of the existing 17,700 SF pool building to replace existing mechanical and electrical equipment that is past its useful life, and make code required and functional improvements to the building’s architectural layout. The work may also include items described in Section 012300 “Alternates” as additive alternates.
