Description:

This Project consists of replacement of exterior asphalt roofing and membrane roofing on an existing elementary school. The school was originally constructed in 1993.  Existing roofing is asphalt shingles, ice and water shield, roofing underlayment over a 3/4" plywood deck.  The existing 3/4" plywood deck is mechanically attached to an existing 18ga fluted metal deck. Roof slope is 4:12.
