Land disposal by sale to a neighboring property (CSP2020 0004)

The applicant requests a land disposal of 0.15 acres of CBJ land at 848 Basin Road to a neighboring property. The subject parcel has been vacant since approximately 1990, when records indicate the home on site was demolished. The property is in a moderate hazard zone due to landslide. The Comprehensive Plan and the All Hazards Mitigation Plan recommend CBJ acquisition and retention of lands and discourage development in moderate hazard zones.

A text amendment to revise Title 49 to meet Federal Emergency Management Agency requirements (AME2020 0003)

The applicant requests a text amendment to revise and update Title 49 to adopt flood management regulations, maps, and a flood insurance study to meet Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) requirements.
