The Regular Planning Commission will meet Tuesday, July 22 at 7:00 p.m. in Assembly Chambers. This hybrid meeting will be held both in person and via Zoom, and discussion will include several topics for which the City & Borough of Juneau is currently accepting public comments. Agenda topics include:
- State Project for Conversion to a Continuous Green T (CGT) Intersection (CSP2025 0001)
- Conversion to a Continuous Green T (CGT) Intersection at Egan Drive and Vanderbilt Hill Road.
- Alternative Residential Subdivision Final Plan Approval (ARF2025 0001)
- Major Subdivision for Alternative Residential Subdivision (SMP2025 0001)
- Creating 42 unit lots and one parent lot (43 total) at 4760 Glacier Hwy.
- Amendment to Downtown Douglas / West Juneau Area Plan Draft (AME2019 0015)
- Downtown Douglas / West Juneau Area Plan Draft.
- Flood Zone Exception for HESCO Barrier Project (FZE2025 0001)
- Flood Zone Exception to allow an encroachment and development of the HESCO Barrier, Phase 1 project from 9399 Rivercourt Way to 4395 Riverside Drive.
