Pre-K & K-1 Play areas at Mendenhall River Community School remain closed thru August

Due to delays in equipment delivery, construction on the City and Borough of Juneau’s Mendenhall River Community School Playground & Site Upgrades Project will not wrap up by Monday, August 16, as originally planned. The Pre-K and K-1 play areas will remain closed through the end of August. The main playground, though, is scheduled to be open in time for the first day of school on Monday, August 16. Please obey all closure signs. Thank you for your patience.
