The City and Borough of Juneau is recruiting for multiple temporary positions to staff the COVID-19 Screening Hotline. Pay is $22.69 per hour. Training will be provided to all hotline staff. The call center is open 7 days a week. Full-time shifts are preferred and available; limited part-time shifts may be available.
CBJ is looking for people who are detail-oriented and dependable. Ideal candidates have excellent listening and communication skills, are able to provide a high level of customer service to all callers, and are critical thinkers. Job responsibilities include answering phone calls from the public and screening for COVID-19 testing, performing data entry of screening and testing information, and answering general questions related to COVID-19.
