CBJ Shares Updates to Permit Inspection Requests

With the implementation of the City and Borough of Juneau’s new permitting software, the process for requesting inspections online has also changed. Inspections are completed through the new permitting software available through Civic Access.

To request an inspection, customers first need to create a Civic Access account and email CBJ’s Permit Hub at [email protected] to link your account to any open permits you have.

Customers can still use the Inspection Requests hotline at (907) 586-1703 until April 31, 2026. Starting May 1, 2026, all inspection requests will need to be scheduled through your Civic Access account.
