Effective July 1, 2020, there are some important changes happening to your employee benefits.

Hearing Coverage–The hearing benefit through the CBJ Health Plan is changing. The plan will now cover a hearing exam at 100% (up to $400) & hardware (hearing-aids) up to $3000 every three years.
Dental Insurance– The dental plan is moving to a fully insured plan with Premera. With this change, the orthodontia coverage on the buy-up plan is increasing to $2500 lifetime coverage. Remember, once you sign up for this plan, you will continue in this plan unless you make a change at open enrollment each year.
Aflac Group Benefits–Effective July 1, 2020, employees will see a slight decrease in the Critical Illness rates.
