Frozen/refrigerated and baggage storage is available (on a limited basis) at Alaska Seaplanes on the main level of the airport terminal. Cost per item is $20.00/day dry and $30.00/day freezer/cooler.

CELL PHONE WAIT LOT – A lot located next to Alaska Industrial Hardware and Shell Simmons Drive is available for people waiting for their arriving passengers. The arriving passenger should disembark, collect their luggage, and then call the driver’s cell phone to be picked up at the terminal curbside. This will stop the need to drive around the airport loop while waiting for an arriving passenger. The public is reminded that there is no waiting along the curb in the loading/unloading zone, and short term parking is available in the parking lot with the first 15 minutes free of charge.
The Juneau International Airport requires that all pets be in kennels or leashed while in the airport terminal. Pet relief areas are located next to the rental car parking lot and at the end of the north terminal. Please use the bags provided to clean up after your pet.
Tailwind Concession
Tailwind Concession offers a wide selection of food and hot and cold beverage options, including alcohol, on the non-secure side of screening. All airport guests, travelers and workers may enjoy the sit down dining experience or “grab and go” convenience. Healthy, delicious snack and meal items served by friendly staff makes dining at the Juneau Airport a pleasant and accommodating part of your travel itinerary.

Food, beverage and alcohol service is offered on the secure side of passenger screening. In addition to drip and specialty coffee choices and numerous cold beverage options, travelers in the Departure Lounge can purchase several pizza options, along with a selection of toasted sandwiches. Passengers can purchase food items to consume while waiting for their departure, or to take with them on their flight.

Hummingbird Hollow Gift Shop
Hummingbird Hollow Gift Shop is a Juneau-owned business of Kristi Elliott and Tom Gallagher. The airport gift shop features a wide selection of items for gift giving, souvenirs and traveler essentials. It is conveniently located across from baggage claim on the first level of the terminal and open year round seven days a week to meet the needs of travelers and local shoppers.

Juneau International Airport is a non-smoking facility. This ban includes electronic smoking devices. No smoking is allowed inside the terminal building. No smoking is allowed in front of the terminal building or along the curb.
There are two covered designated smoking areas located in front of the north end of the terminal and near the rental car parking lot.
