Design Services for Birch Lane Reconstruction

The Consultant shall provide all necessary professional services, including, but not limited to, research, engineering, surveying and design services to prepare complete, bid-ready construction drawings, specifications, bid schedule and engineer’s estimate for construction, including constructability review, neighborhood outreach and coordination assistance, for the pavement and drainage improvements on Birch Lane between Mendenhall Boulevard and Dogwood. The work may include evaluating and configuring the road section to accommodate a sidewalk as one currently does not exist and may be required.
