Wastewater Utilities Permitting Document Preparation Assistance

The City and Borough of Juneau (CBJ) Wastewater Utility Division is seeking proposals from qualified consultants for preparation of reports to comply with Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (ADEC) permitting requirements. These reports may include facility plans, facility operation and maintenance plans, quality assurance project plans, and combined sewer overflow control plans as needed for the MWWTP, JDTP, and ABTP. Work will include determining plant loadings, capital improvement needs, and equipment replacement schedules. In many cases, report preparation will involve minor updates to existing plans. The Consultant shall work closely with CBJ staff to determine what information currently exists and to determine the scope of any additional investigations required for each report.
