What to do if you don’t get a vaccine clinic confirmation email

Thank you to everyone in the community who’s made an appointment to receive a COVID-19 vaccine. After you sign up for an appointment at a COVID-19 Vaccine Clinic at Centennial Hall, you should receive a confirmation email. If you have not received one and are unsure of the date/time you scheduled your appointment, here are a couple things you can do:

• Check your email’s spam and junk folders in case the confirmation email went there
• Call 586-6000 (8 a.m. – 5 p.m. daily) to confirm your appointment date/time

In the event that you need to cancel your appointment, you can either use the cancel link in the appointment confirmation email, or call 586-6000.
