Sustainability Series: How is Juneau’s Air Quality?

The Alaska Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) set up air quality sensors in Downtown Juneau to track emissions from cruise ships and other sources. In this March 25 presentation, DEC’s Kayl Overcast provides an update on the Coastal Community Monitoring Project, presents the results from the 2019 monitoring season, and discusses next steps for the monitoring project.
