The Regular Planning Commission meets Tuesday, October 24th, 2023, at 7:00 P.M. in the Assembly Chambers. This meeting will be a hybrid meeting held both in person and via Zoom Webinar, and will be to discuss Conditional Use Permits for a multi-family housing structure and for a 10,500 square foot financial center.

Location: 7860 Honsinger Drive

Activities: Applicant requests a Conditional Use Permit to construct a new 10,500 square foot financial center with 3 drive-through lanes, on a 1.2 acre lot in the General Commercial zoning district.
