On May 26, 2022, the Title 49 Subcommittee voted to recommend moving a portion of the repealed CBJ Section, 49.70.960(c)(6), the Seawalk ordinance, without revisions to a new CBJ Section in 49.35 Public and Private Improvements and requests favorable recommendation to the Assembly.
