A Street Vacation Permit for a Right-of-Way Vacation (STV2019 0001)
The applicant requests a vacation of 444 square feet of right-of-way. This segment of unconstructed right-of-way adjoins Willow Drive and the existing garage and addition encroach into the unconstructed right-of-way. Staff was not able to find additional information providing context or explanation for the right-of-way dedication, but presumes that this unconstructed portion of the Willow Drive right-of-way was intended to be a vehicle turnaround.
