Trade of private and CBJ-owned land in Fritz Cove (CSP2018 0008)

Disposal of CBJ-owned land on Mendenhall Loop Road (CSP2018 0011)

CBJ Lands and Resources requests approval for a land disposal of 1.09 acres at 11031 Mendenhall Loop Road to the adjacent landowners. As part of this acquisition, the purchasers offer a 30-foot wide easement through their existing lot which, combined with a 30-foot easement through the property owned by the city, will allow for a 60-foot access and utility easement to support future development of the city and university property west of the subject lot.

Juneau Makerspace – a community workshop and meeting space (USE2018 0019)

The applicant requests a Conditional Use Permit for a community workshop and meeting place in a D18 zoning district. The Planning Commission will reconsider an application they heard at their October 23, 2018, meeting. The applicant requests a Conditional Use Permit for the development of a 32-unit condominium complex on a vacant lot at 11798 Glacier Highway, located within the Auke Bay Center area.
