Permit Center Hub closed June 16 to June 20

The CBJ Permit Center Hub (PCH) will be temporarily closed to in-person visits and phone calls from June 16 to June 20 as the PCH team trains for a major permit software system upgrade.

The Permit Center Hub will return to regular in-person hours, Monday – Thursday 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., on Monday, June 22.

Don’t worry, we’re still working behind the scenes! Office staff will keep processing permits. Inspections and pre-application conferences will continue as scheduled. You can still submit your permit applications online, and we’re here to keep everything running as smoothly as possible during this training week.

While this temporary closure may cause inconvenience, the training is essential for a smooth future permitting experience. We anticipate the new permit software system to go live by the end of the year. This upgrade will significantly improve the permitting process, making it faster, more efficient, and easier to navigate.
