Open Houses at Marie Drake and Floyd Dryden buildings on May 7 and 9

The Juneau School District and the City and Borough of Juneau will hold open houses at the Marie Drake and Floyd Dryden buildings next week for community organizations and interested members of the public.

The Marie Drake and Floyd Dryden buildings will be returned to CBJ on July 1, 2024 and CBJ is currently accepting proposals from organizations interested in making use of these spaces to serve the Juneau community.

Although the primary focus of these open houses will be to help organizations submitting proposals understand the building facilities, both events are open to the public and all are welcome to attend.

JSD and CBJ staff will be on hand to give tours and answer questions about building facilities, zoning, parking, and the proposal process.

Marie Drake Open House: Tuesday, May 7, 4:30 – 6 p.m.

Floyd Dryden Open House: Thursday, May 9, 4:30 – 6 p.m.
