CBJ reports one new COVID-19 case in Juneau June 24 & 25

The City and Borough of Juneau Emergency Operations Center reports one new resident identified with COVID-19 in Juneau for June 24 and June 25. Public Health attributes the case to secondary transmission.
Cumulatively, Juneau has had 1,378 residents test positive for COVID-19 and 167 nonresidents. There are three known active cases in Juneau and 1,537 individuals have recovered. All individuals with active cases of COVID-19 are in isolation.
Statewide, the Alaska Department of Health and Social Services reports 84 new people identified with COVID-19 in the past two days – 74 are residents and 10 are nonresidents. Alaska has had 68,218 cumulative resident cases of COVID-19 and a total of 2,868 nonresidents.
