Capital Transit changes hours of Downtown Transit Center starting March 15

Capital Transit is changing the hours of the Downtown Transit Center to more efficiently meet the transit users’ needs. Starting March 15, 2018, the Downtown Transit Center will open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday. That’s a one-hour later opening time than current hours.

The Downtown Transit Center, located at the base of Telephone Hill, is an indoor facility for transit users to stay out of the weather as they’re waiting for the bus. Most Capital Transit routes – except 5, 6 and 11 – can be accessed from the Downtown Transit Center. Learn more about Capital Transit at juneaucapitaltransit.org.
